It’s been an entire month since what was quite literally the best day of my life. My new husband and I had an incredible day full of love, laughter, family, friends, food & dancing – we honestly wish we could do it all over again and again.

My bridesmaids are amazing. They have been uber sweet in planning and organizing an amazing bridal shower and stagette for me this summer, not to mention were amazingly helpful during our entire wedding weekend, so I of course wanted to put something special together for each of them to show my thanks. Instead of going with some of the more obvious choices such as initialed jewelry or clutches, I opted to put together a box of treasures for my best girls. I began with a white modern lacquer storage box from Chapters. These are handy as they can be used for jewelry storage or a number of things afterwards. I think found some items which I thought the girls would like, including a Royal Apothic roll on fragrance, and a funky washi tape from Spruce Collective, a wonderfully scented Voluspa candle from Chapters, and a unique handmade piece of jewelry from Brick & Mortar Living. I placed the items on some vintage fabric napkins, added a vintage plexi initial on top of the lid, and tied it all together with a ribbon. Lastly I inserted a sweet note expressing my love and thanks to them for being so awesome. Each box encapsulated some key elements of my style and personality. I hope they liked their vintage, yet modern and fragrant, hand-assembled treasure box.
